All graduate students preparing to submit their theses for the Spring 2026 session must adhere to the following guidelines:

As per the instructions of the Respected Head of Department of CSE, you are requested to attend a meeting regarding the Makeup/Overlap Midterm Examination of Fall 2025. Important instructions will be provided by our Respected Head Sir.

• Time: 11:30 AM
Before attending the meeting, you are kindly requested to verify your students’ applications as both the course teacher and the advisor. Please ensure that all necessary documents submitted by the students as evidence have been thoroughly checked and confirmed. Without proper verification of documents, no student will be allowed to sit on the makeup/Overlap Midterm Examination.
Your presence and cooperation in maintaining a smooth examination process will be greatly appreciated.
